如《尊重五十頌》云：「此何須繁說，勵觀彼及彼，應作師所喜，不喜應盡遮。金剛持自說，成就隨軌範，知已一切事，悉敬奉尊長。」總之應勵力行，修師所喜，斷除不喜。
2) How to rely in practice?
Aśvaghosa's 《Fifty Verses on the Guru》 says: What need is there to say much here— Do whatever pleases your gurus; Eliminate all that displeases them. Analyzing this, strive at it. Once you have understood Vajradhara's statement, "Attainments follow proper reliance on the master," thoroughly please your gurus in all things. In brief, you must strive to achieve what pleases your gurus and eliminate what displeases them.
第二科，以家行依止的軌理
如同《尊重五十頌》提到：「在這裡何必多說？凡是能令上師歡喜的都應該去做；所有令上師不歡喜的行為應完全斷絕，勤奮地觀察師長所喜及不喜」金剛持佛曾親口宣說：一切世間出世間的成就都隨著阿闍黎而來。知曉以後，應該以一切方法奉行令上師極為歡喜的方法」總之，應該勤奮地作師所喜，斷除不喜。

- 應作師所喜， Do whatever pleases your gurus; 應該做能夠令上師歡喜的（事）。
- 不喜應盡遮。 Eliminate all that displeases them. （上師）不喜歡的事就應該盡量遮止
- 金剛持自說， Vajradhara's statement, 金剛持菩薩親口說
- 成就隨軌範， "Attainments follow proper reliance on the master," 成就端賴軌範師而定
- 知已 Once you have understood
- 一切事，悉敬奉尊長。」 thoroughly please your gurus in all things. 所有的事情全都要為恭敬承事供養上師而做
- 總之應勵力行， In brief, you must strive to achieve 總而言之，應該努力奮發地去做
- 修師所喜， what pleases your gurus 修行善知識歡喜的
- 斷除不喜。 and eliminate what displeases them. 斷除善知識不歡喜的
