◎ 第三隨念恩者。
《十法經》云:「於長夜中,馳騁生死尋覓我者,於長夜中為愚癡覆而重睡眠,覺醒我者,沈溺有海,拔濟我者,我入惡道示善道者,繫縛有獄解釋我者,我於長夜中,病所逼惱為作醫王,我被貪等猛火燒燃,為作雲雨而為息滅,應如是想。」
c) Remembering the teacher's kindness and being respectful.
The 《Ten Teaching Sūtra》says: I have wandered for alongtime through cyclic existence, and they search for me; (I have been asleep, having been obscured by delusion for a long time, and they wake me; they pull me out of the depths of the ocean of existence; I have entered a bad path, and they reveal the good path to me; they release me from being bound in the prison of existence; I have been worn out by illness for a long time, and they are my doctors; they are the rain clouds that put out my blazing fire of attachment and the like. Develop the following ideas with respect to your teachers.

《十法經》中說:「這位善知識,當我長久漂流於生死輪迴中,尋覓著我;我長期被愚癡覆蔽而昏睡,將我喚醒;我沈溺在三有苦海中,將我拔濟;幫我步入險途時,為我指示妙道;我被囚禁在三有監牢裡,將我釋放;我長期被病苦逼惱,他是良醫;我被貪欲等火熾烈焚燒,他是熄滅貪火的雲雨。應作如上之想

- 沈溺有海,拔濟我者, they pull me out of the depths of the ocean of existence; 我沉溺在三界生死的無邊大海中,救拔我的人
- 我入惡道示善道者, I have entered a bad path, and they reveal the good path to me; 我墮入惡道時指示我人天善道的人
- 繫縛有獄解釋我者, they release me from being bound in the prison of existence; 我纏困在三界生死的牢獄中,使我獲得解脫的人
- 我於長夜中,病所逼惱為作醫王, I have been worn out by illness for a long time, and they are my doctors; 我在生死流轉當中,被種種病苦逼迫而憂愁,化作醫王來醫治我的人
- 我被貪等猛火燒燃,為作雲雨而為息滅, they are the rain clouds that put out my blazing fire of attachment and the like. 我被貪瞋痴等煩惱烈火猛燒時,化作雲雨把它熄滅的人
- 應如是想。」 Develop the following ideas with respect to your teachers. 應該像上述各種方式思惟
