悲愍者，謂宣說法等起清淨，不顧利養及恭敬等，是由慈悲等起而說。
"Possessing loving concern" refers to having a pure motivation for giving the teachings. That is, the teacher teaches with a motivation of love and compassion and does not look for gain, respect, and so on.
白話：悲憫的心。就是說法時，意念是清淨的，完全不顧著名聞、利養、恭敬等事，純粹是由於慈悲眾生而說法。
