具精勤者，謂於利他勇悍剛決。遠離厭患者，數數宣說而無疲倦，謂能堪忍宣說苦勞。
"Energetic" refers to constant delight in others' welfare. "Has abandoned dispiritedness" refers to never being tired of giving an explaination again and again—to bearing the hardships of explaining.
白話：遠離厭患的意思就是即使不斷地宣講正法，也完全不會生起疲勞厭倦的心理，換句話說，也就是能夠忍受宣講正法的辛苦與勞累。
