其中正住者，謂不墮黨類。若墮黨執，由彼蔽覆不見功德，故不能得善說妙義。
With respect to these three characteristics, "nonpartisan" means not to take sides. If you are partisan, you will be obstructed by your bias and will not recognize good qualities. Because of this, you will not discover the meaning of good teachings.
其中的正住，是指沒有偏執。若有偏執，就會被它蒙蔽而看不見功德，所以無法獲得善說的義理。
- 正住者 nonpartisan 所謂的「正住」
- 謂 means 意思就是
- 不墮黨類 not to take sides 偏袒某一邊；某個宗派
- 若墮黨執 If you are partisan 如果（佛弟子）偏袒執著於某個宗派，執著於某個宗派
- 由彼蔽覆 you will be obstructed by your bias （你的判斷力）就會被自己的偏見所阻礙，這裡的「彼」就是前文的「墮黨執」或being partisan
- 不見功德 will not recognize good qualities 看不到人家的功德
- 故 Because of this 因此
- 不能得 you will not discover （聽法者）就得不到
- 善說妙義 the meaning of good teachings佛法的究竟義理
- 「不能得善說妙義」意即「就算說法者有善巧說的功德，聽法者也很難得到好處」
