荷負擔已應如何行，其中分六。如輪圍山心者，任起如何一切苦惱，悉不能動。慬哦住於汝巴時，公巴德熾因太寒故，身體衰退，向依怙童稱議其行住。如彼告云：「臥具安樂，雖曾多次住尊勝宮，然能親近大乘知識，聽聞正法者，唯今始獲，應堅穩住。」
4) How to assume responsibilities. This itself consists of six attitudes. The first, an attitude like the foothills, means that any suffering that might arise does not sway you. When Jen-nga-wa was staying in Ruk-ba (Rug-pa), Gom-ba-yön-den-bar's health declined due to the great cold. He then sought the advice of the venerable Shön-nu-drak as to whether he should leave. Shön-nu-drak replied, "We have stayed many times in Indra's palace, a comfortable residence with good material necessities. Only today do you have the experience of relying on a Mahāyāna teacher and listening to the teachings. Therefore, stay where you are, as is proper!"
承擔上師所有事業的重擔之後，應抱持六種心態去做。第一種心是輪圍山心，意思是說，不管遭遇任何苦惱，修行者的心都不會動搖。
慬哦瓦住在汝巴的時候，因為天氣很冷，有一弟子公巴德熾身體吃不消而生退心，便向值得依賴的童稱討論去留的問題。童稱告訴他說：「我曾經住過許多次寢具舒適的尊勝宮，但是只有這一次才真正獲機會得以親近大乘善知識，聽聞正法。所以，應該堅持地留下來。」

- 其中分六 This itself consists of six attitudes. 這當中分成六種心
- 如輪圍山心者 The first, an attitude like the foothills 猶如鐵圍山之心。輪圍山又稱為鐵圍山，《俱舍論》中說，繞四大週及須彌山的鐵山為輪圍山，周長三十六萬兩千六百二十五由旬。輪圍山在四大洲及八小洲之後形成，直到劫火燒毀四大洲等之前都堅固不動。
- 任起如何一切苦惱，悉不能動 means that any suffering that might arise does not sway you 不管生起什麼樣的苦惱，都不會動搖
- 慬哦住於汝巴時 When Jen-nga-wa was staying in Ruk-ba (Rug-pa) 慬哦瓦住在汝巴的時候。
- 公巴德熾因太寒故，身體衰退 Gom-ba-yön-den-bar's health declined due to the great cold. 公巴德熾由於天氣太冷的緣故，身體衰弱而生退心。
- 向依怙童稱議其行住 He then sought the advice of the venerable Shön-nu-drak as to whether he should leave. 便向值得信賴的童稱商量去留（的意願）
- 如彼告云： Shön-nu-drak replied（童稱）告訴（他）說
- 「臥具安樂，雖曾多次住尊勝宮 We have stayed many times in Indra's palace, a comfortable residence with good material necessities寢具方面之舒適（條件），雖然曾經多次住過尊勝宮。尊勝宮，藏名རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཁང་བཟང་།，意思是「勝利者的宮殿」
- 然能親近大乘知識 Only today do you have the experience of relying on a Mahāyāna teacher可是能夠親近大乘善知識。
- 聽聞正法者 listening to the teachings
- 唯今始獲，應堅穩住。」 Therefore, stay where you are, as is proper只有這次才真正獲得，（所以）應該堅持留下來
